I have an efficent workflow that comprehend low poly or high poly sculpting on Maya or Zbrush, retopology, if needed, and UV packing. For the texturing i use Adobe's programs like Substance Painter or Photoshop for hand painted textures. I can create materials on 3D designer for clothing produced with Marvelous Designer or for environments. I prefer a post process in engine like Unreal but i can use Marmoset too.
